Are test points real money?
No. The test wallet helps you explore the product. Test credits are never redeemable or payable.
Why is a reward pending?
A live reward needs a verified provider callback, eligibility checks and available funding before approval.
When is a withdrawal marked Paid?
Only after an authorized payment is confirmed and reconciled. Test requests cannot be paid.
How is my account protected?
Authentication and account-private storage are managed server-side. We do not collect invasive device fingerprints, wallet PINs or OTPs.
Save support request
Requests are saved to your private account. Email delivery and staff access require a connected support service.
